Today’s most popular home is 768 Nandina Court in Fremont. This single level home features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in approximately 1500 square feet of living space. They are accepting offers today, priced at $799,000, this home should sell quickly. Mission San Jose is one of Fremont’s most desirable neighborhoods because of its large lots and great schools. Both the size of the lot and the availibility of good education are two ingredients that maintain residential demand.
This home last sold in 2003 for $525,000. The median value for this area is $786,000. Over the last two years, the sales prices of these homes have ranged from $660,000 to $935,000. Aside from the fact that this house is priced to sell, there are many things that attract families to this area. This area features great restaurants like The Fish Market and my favorite place for Indian food Chaat Cafe.

On October 7, 2006, Mission San Jose will be hosting the Olive Festival behind the historic Old Mission San Jose Museum in Fremont. Apparently, they hold re-curring yearly events for great family fun and community outreach. Just another reason why Mission San Jose is an awesome place to live!
Ciao Bella! North Beach: SF’s Historic Tradition

Today’s most popular home is 600 Chestnut St. # 102c in the North Beach area of San Francisco. This 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms hideaway, while spacious and well priced, is the perfect mix of class and simplicity. At $592 per square feet, this condo will not disappoint in terms of value and location. Check out this view!
Maybe the view isn’t enough? Maybe you need a little more motivation to pay $699,000 to live in the city? How about all the great restaurants along Columbus Avenue like Step’s of Rome or Buster’s Cheesesteak(great philly cheesesteak sandwiches) and of course my favorite book store City Light’s (been around since 1953 and was the former HQ of the ‘Beatniks of SF’).
What else can a property owner ask for?
The Haight is the Best Place to Be.

Today’s sweet dig is 740 Haight Street of San Francisco. This condo is a 7 room flat, that screams high ceilings, stunning details, and manicured nuances that represents San Francisco’s unique charm. With 4 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and 1,847 square feet, this stunner is long and spacious. Priced at only $749,000 this might be the condo you have been looking for!
The ‘Haight’ is one of many historic and adventurous places to live in San Francisco. This area holds its place in history as a haven for hippies and revolutionaries. Now, it is a phenomenal place to eat, hang out, and find cool stuff. My favorite place to get great appetizers is Cha! Cha! Cha! In my opinion some of the best Carribean food I have ever eaten. A place where the sangria and the tapas taste like pieces of heaven.
Generally, when I am done stuffing my face, I do some (what I call) eccentric shopping. Check out Happy Trails! You can find Jesus action figures and my toy of choice the Nun-Chuk(too funny). Like I said, the Haight is the best place to be.
